* Azure resource consumption allocated to the AVD based virtual labs are NOT considered in the Clover pricing plans. The cloud usage fees are charged separately by Microsoft.
** A Registered user is anyone (learner or teacher) who has been registered in the Clover platform. A user who has logged into learning platform and passed to Clover (via LTI) or has directly signed in to Clover via SSO, is considered as Registered user. A minimum of 10 users must be purchased for the selected plan.

  1. Clover License: Appropriate licenses acquired during the purchase of Clover from the Azure Marketplace.
  2. Azure Account: An active Azure subscription.
  3. AVD Access License: One of the following per-user licenses to access Azure Virtual Desktop:
    • Microsoft 365 E3/E5
    • Microsoft 365 A3/A5/Student Use Benefits
    • Microsoft 365 F3
    • Microsoft 365 Business Premium
    • Windows 11 & Windows 10 Enterprise E3/E5
    • Windows 11 & Windows 10 Education A3/A5
    • Windows 11 & Windows 10 VDA per user
  4. Network Connectivity: Reliable internet connection to access the virtual desktops and applications.
  5. Remote Desktop Client: A compatible Remote Desktop client installed on the user’s device. This could be: Windows Desktop client, macOS client, iOS client, Android client, Microsoft Edge or any other HTML5-compliant web browser
